Community Partners

The charities, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations that give this movement its roots and reach.

Since 2010, Psychedelic Science conferences have been a gathering place for the psychedelic movement. Community Partners represent all facets of the ecosystem, meeting in person in Denver to discover new opportunities and form lasting partnerships.

As psychedelics enter the mainstream, it’s important now more than ever to embrace how CP organizations are the bridge to shape education, harm reduction, safety, and community values that will protect and grow the movement. Together as part of PS27, we embark on this new chapter of psychedelics as a unified collective.

PARTNER WITH PS27

Bring your community to Psychedelic City.

We want as much of the community as possible at Psychedelic Science 2027. The Community Partnership program gives mission-aligned charitable and other non-commercial organizations an opportunity to participate in PS27 more fully, offering meaningful discounts and increased visibility.

Charitable, tax-exempt organizations that align with MAPS’ mission are eligible to apply, and there is no fee to participate in the program.

The application is free and takes a few minutes. Read the FAQ first, it answers most questions before they come up.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Want to be a Community Partner? Start here.

We ask you to read this entire section before applying. It covers eligibility, benefits, responsibilities, costs, and the process.

What are the responsibilities of Community Partners?

Community Partners agree to promote PS27 to their audiences via email, social media, live and virtual events, and other channels.

We understand that different organizations have different resources and communications strategies. If you are approved to participate in this program and have any questions about promotions, please contact the Community Partnership Manager for support.

How does the application and confirmation process work?

Some benefits are naturally limited by space and time, such as the time available for community meetings.

After reading this page, please fill out the Community Partners application form. There is no fee for the application. Filling out the application does not guarantee inclusion.

Following your submission, you may receive a response with follow-up questions or a request for a meeting with the CP Manager before a decision is made on your application. Please allow time for our small team to review your application. In the past, we have included hundreds of organizations.

Once approved, the CP Manager will be in touch with your custom discount code and social media creative assets.

What will it cost to attend and exhibit at the event?

All Community Partners will have to arrange and cover the cost of their travel and lodging.

Community Partners are offered significantly discounted rates on registration and Exhibit packages. These discounts vary depending on an organization’s annual revenue.

All registrations include access to the educational event tracks, Exhibit Hall, and most other general event features. Some registration add-ons, such as lunch, workshops, CE/CME units, and other features, will incur additional costs.

Exhibitors may need to contract with PS27’s General Services Contractor for exhibitor services such as electricity, private WiFi, and furniture. These services will be offered at the same rates offered to all other exhibitors.

What will I need to know before applying?

The Community Partners application form is simple and requires no special preparation, beyond reviewing this entire FAQ. You will be asked to provide the following information:
